Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine steak bites with olive oil, kosher salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Toss to coat evenly.
- Place the seasoned steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.
- Air fry for 4-6 minutes depending on desired doneness. No need to flip. For medium-rare, cook for about 5 minutes (internal temp 135°F).
- While steak is cooking, melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Stir in chopped parsley.
- Transfer cooked steak bites to the skillet. Toss to coat with the garlic butter sauce for about 1 minute.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
Notes
- Use ribeye for the best texture, but sirloin or strip steak can also work.
- Be sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
- The steak will continue to cook slightly in the butter sauce, so avoid overcooking during air frying.
- Fresh garlic is recommended for best flavor—avoid garlic powder for this recipe.
