Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1.5 pounds boneless ribeye steak cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper freshly cracked
  • 0.25 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 3 tablespoons salted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Method

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine steak bites with olive oil, kosher salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Place the seasoned steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.
  4. Air fry for 4-6 minutes depending on desired doneness. No need to flip. For medium-rare, cook for about 5 minutes (internal temp 135°F).
  5. While steak is cooking, melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Stir in chopped parsley.
  7. Transfer cooked steak bites to the skillet. Toss to coat with the garlic butter sauce for about 1 minute.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley if desired.

Notes

  • Use ribeye for the best texture, but sirloin or strip steak can also work.
  • Be sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
  • The steak will continue to cook slightly in the butter sauce, so avoid overcooking during air frying.
  • Fresh garlic is recommended for best flavor—avoid garlic powder for this recipe.
