Method
 

Preparing the Strawberry Mixture
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together balsamic vinegar and honey until well combined.
  2. Place the sliced strawberries into the mixture, stir to coat the strawberries, and let sit in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
Baking the Brie
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a rimmed baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper. Place the Brie cheese in the center of the sheet.
  2. Bake on the middle rack until the cheese feels very soft when pressed, about 15 minutes.
Assembling and Serving
  1. Remove strawberries from the fridge and stir in fresh basil and pecans.
  2. Top the baked Brie with the strawberry mixture and serve immediately with crackers or toasted baguette slices.
