Method
 

Salad Preparation
  1. Chop the cucumber into bite-sized pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl.
  3. Add the mozzarella pearls and drained sweet corn to the mixture.
  4. Sprinkle in dried basil, garlic powder, and salt. Squeeze half a fresh lemon over the salad.
  5. Toss everything gently to combine.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze right before serving.

Notes

  • Use Persian or English cucumbers for a tender texture and less watery salad.
