Main Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss chicken pieces with garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and optional Italian seasoning or paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add chicken in a single layer. Work in batches if necessary.
- Cook chicken for 4–5 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 2–3 minutes until fully cooked through.
- Lower the heat. Add minced garlic and stir constantly for 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn.
- If cooked in batches, return all chicken to the pan and toss to coat evenly with garlic.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle Parmesan over the chicken. Toss until the cheese melts slightly and coats the chicken.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For best results, don’t overcrowd the pan—cook chicken in batches if necessary.
- Use high-quality Parmesan cheese for richer flavor and better melt.
- To reduce sodium further, omit the added salt and rely solely on Parmesan for seasoning.
- This recipe stores well in the fridge and is great for keto meal prep.
