  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese use aged Parmigiano-Reggiano
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Italian seasoning or paprika optional, for added flavor

Method
 

Main Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, toss chicken pieces with garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and optional Italian seasoning or paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add chicken in a single layer. Work in batches if necessary.
  3. Cook chicken for 4–5 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 2–3 minutes until fully cooked through.
  4. Lower the heat. Add minced garlic and stir constantly for 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn.
  5. If cooked in batches, return all chicken to the pan and toss to coat evenly with garlic.
  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle Parmesan over the chicken. Toss until the cheese melts slightly and coats the chicken.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan if desired. Serve immediately.

  • For best results, don’t overcrowd the pan—cook chicken in batches if necessary.
  • Use high-quality Parmesan cheese for richer flavor and better melt.
