Description

These high-protein slutty brownies layer a fudgy brownie base with peanut butter cups and a creamy blondie topping for an indulgent yet guilt-free treat. Each brownie clocks in at just 110 calories with 7 grams of protein, making them perfect for anyone watching macros. The combination of chocolate brownie, peanut butter cups, and a sweet blondie layer creates a satisfying dessert that tastes far richer than its nutrition label suggests. This recipe uses low-fat Greek yogurt, almond milk, and a protein powder to keep calories low without sacrificing flavor.
