Ingredients
  

Flatbread or Naan
  • 2 pieces Flatbread or Naan 8-inch rounds
Fig Jam
  • ¼ cup Fig Jam homemade or store bought
Fresh Figs
  • 8 pieces Fresh Figs quartered
Goat Cheese
  • cup Goat Cheese
Fresh Arugula
  • 2 ounces Fresh Arugula chopped
Prosciutto Di Parma
  • 6 pieces Prosciutto Di Parma torn into pieces
Parmesan Cheese
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese shaved, shredded, or fresh grated
Walnuts
  • ¼ cup Walnuts chopped
Balsamic Glaze
  • Balsamic Glaze as needed to drizzle

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat conventional oven to 375°F (190°C) or an air fryer oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Lay flatbread on a baking sheet or air fryer tray.
  3. Spread a layer of fig jam over the surface of the flatbread.
  4. Scatter figs, goat cheese, arugula, prosciutto, and walnuts over the surface of the flatbread, then drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  5. Note: You can drizzle the glaze before or after baking.
  6. Bake for 7-10 minutes in a conventional oven or 5-6 minutes in an air fryer until ingredients have warmed through and the top is browned.
  7. Carefully remove from the oven or air fryer and let the flatbread rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Drizzle balsamic glaze before or after baking, based on preference.
  • Feel free to substitute goat cheese with feta cheese or cream cheese if desired.
