Instructions
- Preheat conventional oven to 375°F (190°C) or an air fryer oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Lay flatbread on a baking sheet or air fryer tray.
- Spread a layer of fig jam over the surface of the flatbread.
- Scatter figs, goat cheese, arugula, prosciutto, and walnuts over the surface of the flatbread, then drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Note: You can drizzle the glaze before or after baking.
- Bake for 7-10 minutes in a conventional oven or 5-6 minutes in an air fryer until ingredients have warmed through and the top is browned.
- Carefully remove from the oven or air fryer and let the flatbread rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Drizzle balsamic glaze before or after baking, based on preference.
- Feel free to substitute goat cheese with feta cheese or cream cheese if desired.
