Ingredients

  • 1 roll puff pastry
  • 7 ounces salmon cut into pieces
  • 3 leeks finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup crème fraîche
  • 3 eggs large
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter for greasing
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for sautéing

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Grease a pie dish with butter.
  • Place the puff pastry in the dish and trim the edges to fit.
  • Prick holes in the dough with a fork.
