Cooking Chicken
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
- In a bowl, combine chicken breasts with olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, oregano, turmeric, onion granules, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer and cook for 15-17 minutes until fully cooked.
Preparing Couscous Salad
- While the chicken cooks, bring chicken stock to a simmer and stir in turmeric.
- Add couscous to the stock, cover, and let it absorb the liquid for a few minutes.
- Fluff the couscous with a fork and fold in sun-dried tomatoes, sultanas, cucumber, pomegranate seeds, balsamic vinegar, and fresh basil.
Assembling the Meal
- Slice the cooked chicken and serve on top of the couscous salad.
- Optionally, serve with Arabic salad on the side for extra freshness and crunch.

- Store chicken separately from couscous and salad to maintain texture.
